   To accommodate various civic functions within a continuous surface, the ‘Surface’ is cut and folded. At one end it is a handrail that leads to platform of Metromover. As you go up, this handrail becomes canopy that creates shelter for the station. From the other end, the folded surface follows the escalator to converge in the middle each other and creates iconic structure that express the spirit and civic pride of Miami.
